I am having trouble logging in.
When I try logging in it will not recognize my username or email address.

We know how confusing and even bothering it can be. If that happened to you, please make sure you typed the same username/email address and password as you did when you signed up on iChess. Believe it or not, not being able to log in is generally due to misspellings.
If you are sure you are using the correct username and password and you get the message,
"Unknown email address. Check again or try your username."
It may be that you did not create an account on the site. Making a purchase does not automatically create an account unless you select the checkbox to create an account with the purchase.
In case you entered the correct username but forgot your password, you can always request a new one. You need to click on the Lost your Password link. A new password will be sent to your inbox, and you will be able to regain access to your account.
