I purchased my course. I see my download and streaming links. I stream them, but they only play for 3 minutes and then stop. What can I do?

Please make sure you Stream while logged into your account from the Streaming page. If you are logged in and you only see 3 minutes of streaming, this is most likely a browser cache issue, please clear your browser's cache and log back in.
