I purchased a course but it has not been added to my Account. I am having trouble logging in. I can't remember my password Do I need an iChess account to make a purchase? How do I know if a course is available on DVD, for download or streaming?

Your PGN files are essential, we know! When you download your course and extract your .zip files, please note a folder named ‘Extras.’ This is the place to find those helpful PGN’s.
