How do I play the downloaded videos on my computer? I'm trying to download the videos and it says the download has expired. How can I access the PGN's? How do I watch my courses on iPad/Tablets? What program can I use to open the downloaded files?

Are you having a hard time trying to find those helpful PGN files? No worries! If PGN's are included in the course you purchased, they will become available in your downloads' extras folder, which you will access once you uncompress the .zip files.

For some courses, the PGN and Extras files are available to download from the Streaming page. Just click the link under the streaming video to download.
